I am 155cm and 28" length was perfect for me. I'm around 57kg and xs which i chose is good. I think i could've bought smaller too. This one is a bit loose and the material is stretchy but it doesn't fall down so it's fine.

I love these trousers! They are so comfy, and they look elegant as well, very easy to style.
I was shopping these 6 months postpartum, and I was a bit worried if I should go up a size, since I still have some extra by the belly area. However the stretchiness makes it so forgiving, so I can easily wear my original size. I had some trouble with the length, since I am falling between two sizes. At first, I ordered a longer 34' option, which was a bit too long, but with the kind help I got from the customer service, we could easily resolve the issue, and got an exchange (length 32').
I would also note that the fabric is rather thin so a bulkier panty seam can be slightly visible, and wool thighs under it can be useful in colder weather.
