Refund policy

 Free size exchanges within the EU

• We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery for a different size or model of equivalent value (as long as the original item is in original condition, unused, unwashed and stain-free)
• Exchanges are available within the EU only
• Exchanges must be registered via our returns portal here

Returns & refunds

You can return your items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be registered via our portal. Once registered, please ship your items back without undue delay.

• They must be in original and re-sellable condition (with tags attached), unused (except for trying them on of course), unwashed and stain-free
• Ensure that there are no deodorant stains on the items
• Items must be in their original packaging with tags still attached
• Free gifts, gift cards or promotional items are not returnable
• Original shipping, customs and import charges are non-refundable
• Gift cards issued as store credits for returns are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance

How long does a refund take?

• Once your return arrives at our warehouse, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days
• In some cases it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

 Return costs

 

• For general returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer - we do not offer free returns (we only offer free exchanges)
• We offer discounted shipping labels which you can purchase from our returns portal. The cost will be deducted from your final refund. For more information, see our returns policy here
• There are no additional return or re-shelving charges
• If a parcel is not collected from the designated pickup point within the carrier’s holding period and is returned to us, a handling fee of EUR 15 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping and administrative costs.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. If you are an EU consumer, you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your goods, and the conditions above do not limit that statutory right.
